A high tech, relaxing corporate image.
The key elements of the project were the high technological content, transparency and flexible space.
Together with Fujifilm, high tech areas were developed such as printing laboratories and graphic arts placed in the light-filled double height areas on the ground floor.
Global Planning Architecture provided above all support of a real estate nature. Three buildings in different business areas in the Milan area were analysed and compared using highly reliable “high and best use” methods and Fujifilm was advised on which option was strategically most effective for its growth.
The building that was chosen, of world-class architectural standing, is part of the new business centre of S.Donato Milanese. The top floor is characterised by a free use of space with open space workstations so that the area can be used in the best possible way. Sobriety and lightness are used in the colours, light and materials to convey a high tech, relaxing corporate image.
