Creating urban value through property redevelopment

Giuliano Azzinari was invited to take part in a round table of professionals to discuss the creation of urban value through property redevelopment. After presenting four new property units in Milan, Global Planning Architecture's founder explained how conversion and redevelopment work on the entire attic floor increased the building's property value. An economic benefit that is essential for renovating facades and communal parts of the building and increases the architectural and urban value of the area.
