Cheuvreux – Crédit Agricole
Convenience and Refinement.
The request was to preserve the architectural value of a historic building (protected by the FAI) and create a contemporary workplace. Global Planning Architecture responded by exploiting to its full potential the work on the new offices of Cheuvreaux, a company in the Crédit Agricole group, located at the Palazzo dell'Informazione in Piazza Cavour, Milan, designed by Mario Sironi and built between the end of the 1930s and the beginning of the 1940s.
The 600 square metre space was developed considering both the specific needs expressed by the client and predicting the flexibility required to simplify any future adjustments. Brand design work also characterised the new location giving it a distinctive identity that was in keeping with the original architectural style.
The complete vision of the project, both in terms of Integrated Design and in terms of being the General Contractor, allowed all the design, management and construction aspects to be optimised from an architectural, engineering and systems point of view.
